BAS technology reduces energy use and maintenance costs by regulating the building’s HVAC and lighting systems based on building traffic patterns, automatically monitoring all system performance, and alerting management of any errors or failures.

Breneck installs the EC-Net Building Automation System, a web-enabled solution powered by the NiagaraAX Framework®, establishing a fully Internet-enabled, distributed architecture for real-time access, automation and control of devices. Regardless of the manufacturer or protocol, the EC-Net system provides a unified modeling of diverse systems and data, providing one common platform for development, management and enterprise applications.
